WYGO members are the reason why Wyoming passed Constitutional Carry law in 2011, which allows you to carry a firearm for self-defense without having to add your name to a government database.
WYGO members are the reason why Wyoming passed Stand-Your-Ground law in 2018, which allows you to defend yourself from violent criminals without having to retreat or face politically motivated prosecutions.
WYGO members are the reason why Wyoming hasn’t passed dangerous FIX-NICS mental health gun control legislation, a precursor to a full-fledged Red Flag Gun Seizure law.
And now that Joe Biden and the radical left are growling at the door, threatening to disarm us, to register our guns, to tax them into oblivion, it’s the members of Wyoming Gun Owners who are standing up and fighting for freedom across the state.
No, we’re not just confronting threats in Congress.
WYGO members are leading the fight for the Second Amendment Preservation Act, which would nullify Joe Biden’s war against gun owners and legislation to get rid of deadly ‘Gun Free Zones!’
And while we’ve had some help from a fantastic NRA liaison in years past, the truth is that the NRA is doing very little across the country right now, as they try to heal from three years of scandal-ridden headlines, that documented financial mismanagement and personal enrichment on the part of their board.
Our sons and daughters are looking to us right now, hoping that we are up to freedom’s call, that we can hold the line for their freedoms just like the previous generation did for us.
