Now that we’ve expanded Wyoming’s Constitutional Carry law with H.B. 116, our fight to pass the Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) is resuming with a vengeance!
This legislation would instruct Wyoming peace officers to disregard federal gun control laws, and only enforce the laws of the state of Wyoming.
As we told you recently, our sister organization in Missouri just enacted the nation’s strongest SAPA law in the country, and Wyoming needs to follow suit next session!
But there are lots of questions about what SAPA law is, exactly how it stops Joe Biden’s war on gun owners, and the various ways that the politicians can weaken the bill while sounding pro-gun.
To get the answer to these questions, please watch our three-minute video report on SAPA legislation and then take action to help us make this a reality here in Wyoming!
It’s clear that the Wyoming legislature has the constitutional right to protect Wyomingites from Joe Biden’s unconstitutional gun control agenda — they just need to pass the bill!
We can’t settle for a meaningless resolution or a ‘SAPA’ law with no teeth.
And we can’t settle for a law that requires some other branch of the government (like the Attorney General or the Governor) to intervene if a law enforcement agency violates SAPA!
So please sign your petition in support of this critical legislation, insisting that the politicians in Cheyenne take action on this legislation first thing next session!
After you’ve signed your petition, please consider a donation of $100, $75, $50, $25 or whatever you can afford to help us build momentum for this legislation.
The politicians in Cheyenne have been stalling on this legislation for years. But with Joe Biden in the White House, there’s no time to lose.
Take action TODAY!
Wyoming Gun Owners
P.S. The Second Amendment Preservation Act is sweeping red states all over the country. But what is it, exactly? How does it work? And how can the politicians in Cheyenne screw this up?
Please watch our video report for the answers to all of these questions, and then help us pass this vital legislation here in Wyoming!
Then, take action!
