Where Do YOU Want Us to Fight in 2018?

With the 2018 session of the Wyoming State Legislature right around the corner, I’ve been up virtually all night putting the finishing touches on Wyoming Gun Owners’ program strategy for the coming year.

But there’s something I have to tell you.

After the tragedies in Las Vegas, Nevada and Sutherland Springs, Texas in recent months, gun-grabbers are more emboldened than ever.

They believe 2018 represents their best chance to make serious inroads in Wyoming in decades.

After Governor Matt Mead’s inexplicable veto of our “Gun Free Zone” repeal bill this year, they believe Second Amendment supporters’ energy has been deflated and the red carpet has been rolled out for them.

The only way to stave off this massive assault is by GOING ON THE OFFENSE and proving to BILLIONAIRE gun-grabbers like George Soros and Michael Bloomberg that they’re NOT WELCOME in Wyoming.

But without your action and support today, I’m afraid I just won’t be able to get the job done.

You see, I’m facing an incredibly tough decision today –perhaps the toughest any Wyoming Gun Owners executive has had to make since our founding, in fact.

So I need your advice.

As you’ll see, I’ve included your special 2018 Wyoming Gun Owners’ Membership Ballot with this email. I’m counting on you to fill it out and submit it to me IMMEDIATELY.

The truth is, without an IMMEDIATE influx of funds, I’m afraid I’m going to have to make major cuts in our 2018 programs.

Believe me, there’s nothing I would hate worse — especially with Stand-Your-Ground on the march in so many states around the country.

As I’ve told you before, Wyoming is the ONLY state in the mainland U.S. that’s west of Texas and the Dakotas that doesn’t have Stand-Your-Ground on the books either through legislation or court precedent.

California, Oregon and Washington State all do!

Without Stand-Your-Ground, many gun owners who use their firearms to fend off criminal attack often find they’re little more than sitting ducks for anti-gun judges and prosecutors.

In fact, I remember hearing one story about a man who was a concealed carry permit holder, a former security officer and ex-law enforcement official.

After using a gun to defend himself from attack by two thugs — one with over 40 criminal convictions going back 15 years — he spent 112 days in jail before finally being found innocent!

In the meantime, he lost his home and most of his possessions — including his gun collection.
`
I’m sure the gun-grabbers think to themselves, “that serves him right!”

After all, whenever some thug commits some horrific crime, don’t the gun-grabbers always rush to place blame — not on the criminals themselves — but on law-abiding gun owners?

So is it really any surprise they’ve written Wyoming law to protect criminals, madmen and Islamic radicals first — even when it’s your and your family’s safety at stake?

I don’t know about you, but I believe the law should put the interests of law-abiding Wyoming citizens ahead of thugs and madmen.

Today, with the threat from madmen and ISIS-inspired terrorist wannabes increasing, Stand-Your-Ground has never been more important.

After all, do we really want law-abiding gun owners to be worried about what an anti-gun prosecutor or judge might think in a situation where dozens of lives are on the line?

So if you think passing Stand-Your-Ground is most important, please mark “PASS STAND-YOUR-GROUND” on your Member Ballot.

But before you do, just consider how important it is to pass and force Governor Mead to sign “Gun Free Zone” repeal.

As we’ve seen from bloodbath after bloodbath over the past two decades, so-called “gun free zones” have absolutely NOTHING to do with keeping citizens safe from violence.

They just ensure killers never have to worry about running into someone who is armed.

The gun-grabbers know all of that. But they don’t care.

To them, it’s about power.

To the gun-grabbers, “deplorables” like you and me have to be controlled.

If innocent lives are lost in a “Gun Free Zone” before someone from the government can save them, they think, “So be it.”

Studies prove that guns help deter crime.

They make us safer.

Sadly, with more and more out-of-staters pouring into Wyoming for our natural beauty — bringing their “elite” value system along with them — “government-knows-best” thinking is becoming more and more prevalent.

And the juicier you and I look to anti-gun activists like Michael Bloomberg for a Colorado-style takeover.

By forcing this issue to the top of the State Legislature’s agenda — even after Governor Mead’s veto — it will catapult this issue to the very forefront of Wyoming’s Governor race, which would be a massive nightmare for the gun-grabbers.

The truth is, Wyoming’s citizens believe in the Second Amendment. It’s our politicians that sometimes get weak knees.

When exposed, they often pay a severe price at the ballot box.

So if you think passing and forcing Governor Matt Mead to sign Gun Free Zone Repeal is most important, please mark “END ‘GUN FREE ZONES’ IN Wyoming!

But before you do, please don’t forget that 2018 is an absolutely critical election year.

Sensing the political winds are blowing in their direction, the gun-grabbers are desperate to DESTROY the momentum you and I have built for our gun rights and get back to work turning Wyoming into the next “Colorado.”

Virtually everyone — from anti-gun media elites to political “experts” — claim they have the momentum.

I’m committed to fighting back.

In fact, I’m preparing to run the biggest election year program in our history.

My goal is to go on the attack ahead of both the 2018 primaries and General Election to ensure that every anti-gun member of our State Legislature in BOTH parties is exposed.

With your help, I’ll use every tool at my disposal from mail and email, to social media, to hard-hitting radio, newspaper and even TV ads if I can raise the resources.

In other words, the whole nine yards.

With such a massive program, you and I can be sure that the gun-grabbers’ allies won’t be able to hide their true positions on our Second Amendment freedoms.

Such a program is going to be very expensive.

But it could not be more important — not with BILLIONAIRE gun-grabbers like Michael Bloomberg and George Soros looking to weasel their way into Wyoming.

So if you think holding the gun-grabbers accountable in 2018 should be my top priority, please mark “EXPOSE THE GUN-GRABBERS” on your Member Ballot.

I’m sure you can see why I’m so torn today — and why I can’t decide where I should seek to focus budget cuts should they become necessary.

The truth is, every option makes my stomach churn.

Perhaps you think passing Stand-Your-Ground is most important.

Perhaps you believe it’s worth the risk to hope that it takes care of itself and we should focus on “Gun Free Zone” repeal.

Or perhaps you believe concentrating on the 2018 elections should be Wyoming Gun Owners’ top priority.

Whatever you decide, please mark your selection on your Membership Ballot.

And please agree to rush your most generous contribution to help cover the costs of these critical programs.

Of course, there is one more option.

It’s an option I’ve yet to mention because it will not — under any circumstances — be possible without a massive influx of resources.

Nevertheless, it is the option I hope and pray you’ll choose. That’s “FIGHT EVERYWHERE: DON’T GIVE AN INCH!!!

But if you pick this option, please realize I’m going to need your most generous support — as much or even more than what you’ve been able to do in the past.

In fact, I hope you’ll consider a contribution of $100.

I know that’s a tremendous amount to ask for.

But as we head into the 2018 election year, there’s just so much at stake.

Of course, if $100 is just too much, please consider a contribution of $50 or at least $25.

Whatever you can give will make a difference.

But I need to hear from you IMMEDIATELY.

With the State Legislature set to go back into session, I don’t have a moment to waste.

So please fill out your Membership Ballot and submit it back to me your most generous contribution of $100, $50 or at least $50 TODAY!

For Freedom,

David Ball
President

P.S. With the State Legislature set to go back into session in just days, I need your advice.

Without an IMMEDIATE influx of funds, I’m going to be forced to cut back.

So please fill out your 2018 Membership Ballot TODAY!

And, when you’re done, please consider including your most generous contribution of $100, $50 or at least $25 TODAY!
