Rep. Matt Teeters echoes twisted gun-control logic

A few days ago I informed you in how some “Republicans” have learned to game the system, in deceiving their constituents while pushing the gun-control envelope.

And now, another glimpse into the anti-gun politicians ‘inside game’ to crush your God-given right to self defense.

Just days ago in a PBS interview, Representative Matt Teeters, clearly recited the same words that the gun control politicians use — Teeters said, “that the Second Amendment is not an absolute Right.”

Teeters was speaking in reference to HB-111 which he was a proud co-sponsor.

As you know this gun-control legislation would have mandated 48 separate gun regulatory zones creating a patchwork of different rules throughout the state. See all the sponsors here

Teeters went on to say, “how you cannot yell fire in a crowded theater.”

This blanket statement from Teeters actually reveals that he is in complete agreement with the likes of Washington Gun Grabbers Schumer, Boxer and Feinstein — who in fact have all used this same flawed ‘post action’ rhetoric to sell their evil gun control schemes.

I call these words, the Tyrant’s Utopian philosophy of limited free speech.

Of course, you and I know that causing any kind of ‘disruption’ by yelling anything at all in a crowded theater, would end with a disturbing the peace charge.

But the fact remains, this citation would happen after the foolish act was performed, it has nothing to do with some law limiting free speech.

Using a twisted ‘First Amendment’ argument to sell a new and improved prohibition on the Second Amendment — is so telling of how some politicians really feel about the Bill of Rights.

Two hundred and twenty three years after the Second Amendment was ratified, Wyoming politicians like Teeters are telling us how they know better than James Madison, who introduced the Bill of Rights to the 1st Congress.

Sure politicians like Matt Teeters can ‘say’ they support the Second Amendment. But so did Schumer, Boxer and Feinstein at the very same time they were pushing Obama’s gun and magazine ban last year.

In this epic interview fail, Teeters even panders to the gun control crowd by answering in full agreement with a flippant comment by the PBS anchor.

Did I mention the NRA rating of Chairman Teeters is and “A”?

Well this is the most important reason you should be a member of Wyoming’s only “no-compromise” gun rights organization — WyGO refuses to hand out “A” ratings as if it was a door prize!

WyGO’s directives mandate that when a politician strays from their promises, and in opposition of the oath that they swore- “to protect and defend the Constitution”, that such behavior will be reported to our members immediately.

If you would like to help out by financially supporting WyGO’s efforts, your generous gift of $100, $75, $50, or whatever you can give, will be used to shine the light of truth on anti-gun politicians like Matt Teeters.

On a ‘personal’ side note, soon I will be launching a hard-hitting radio show where I will speak on topics like the subject of this email, and other Wyoming “Republicans” who have hurled the flawed free speech argument against your Right to Keep Bear Arms.

This will be a “live” caller participation show, as well as being archived and down-loadable for your listening convenience.

P.S. Wyoming Representative Matt Teeters from Goshen county isn’t just weak-kneed Republican, he’s a true turn-coat!

Teeters own comments are the same exact words used by anti-gun politicians in Washington on a regular basis.

Please consider helping WyGO get the word out to the pro-gun community, by becoming a vested member of Wyoming Gun Owners for just $35 today.
