Gillette gun registration scheme opens a Pandora’s Box

Who would have ever guessed that Speaker of the House Tom Lubnau would have hosted a press conference along with Gillette Mayor Tom Murphy and Gillette’s Police Chief Jim Hloucal.

Honestly, I figured as much.

You see, when you have been keeping an eye on corrupt politicians long enough, you can almost predict how they will react when they are confronted with the truth.

It’s just like turning the lights on in a room full of cockroaches!

Recently I provided incontrovertible documentation revealing a “keystroke gun registration scheme” taking place in Gillette WY. See it here

I also informed you about the City of Gillette’s “Top Cop” and his ties to the International Association of Chiefs of Police — an organization that historically pushes for draconian gun-control.

And because of your dedicated activism, Gillette became “Damage Control Central” as Mayor Murphy, Tom Lubnau, and Chief  Hloucal scrambled to cover their backside — with an official press conference — just two days after being called out by WyGO members.

Speaker Lubnau, Mayor Murphy and Chief Hloucal did exactly what politicians DO when they get caught with their hand in the “cookie jar.”

First hey deny EVERYTHING…

Next they use a “textbook” dialog to kill the messenger.

In case you missed our last alert, we revealed an actual background check of an individual whose guns (that he owns) are listed in the police database — you can see for yourself by clicking here Page 1 and Page 2.

Using pawn shop transaction tickets, even though your guns come back “clear”, and you pass NICS confirming you as a “non criminal”, the Gillette PD is keeping the personal information along with gun ownership in their data-base anyway.

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase, “this is going to be on your permanent record”. In Gillette WY if you get a loan against your own property, in this case a gun, then after you fulfilled the terms of the loan, you legally transfer the gun back to yourself, it’s now on your permanent record.

This is how Onerous Gun Control begins, with incremental steps. Next we’ll hear them saying, “we’ve been doing this for twenty years, why don’t we register the gun owners using all local gun transactions?”

Gillette Police Chief Jim Hloucal denies registry by calling it by another name.

Gillette Police Chief Jim Hloucal denies gun registry saying it’s just “contact information” they keep on file.

Let’s get back to Gillette’s Police Chief Jim Hloucal. What you are about to read may be the very reason they want me silenced, and also a reason you’ll want to share this with ALL of your freedom loving friends.

The Chief is a high ranking corporate officer (Vice President) in an organization that lobbies heavily AGAINST your right to keep and bear arms.

WASCOP otherwise known as the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chief of Police has actively lobbied for GUN CONTROL since their inception.

Just take look at what the founding director of WASCOP, Byron Odekoven, has said about legislation to repeal the permit requirement on concealed carry in Wyoming.

From the Casper Star:

The proposal drew fire from law enforcement officials, including Byron Oedekoven, lobbyist for Wyoming’s sheriffs and police chiefs, who said the bill could compromise officer safety.

Oedekoven said the existing permitting process allows officials to check whether someone has a substance abuse problem or other impairment that would preclude them from carrying a hidden gun.

And this from the Associated Press:

Byron Oedekoven, executive director of the Wyoming Association of Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police, said after the House vote that his group opposes the legislation and intends to lobby lawmakers to oppose it.
“The bill is troubling,” Oedekoven said. “And please convey that we are for the Second Amendment.”

How many times have you heard that line? — “I’m all for the Second amendment…BUT.”

As you may remember WyGO was the boots on the ground organization making Constitutional Carry a reality — with Wyoming becoming the forth state after Vermont, Alaska and Arizona to allow concealed carry without a permit.

But you probably also realize that advancing pro-gun legislation has become increasingly difficult, right after our “Republican” led senate buried three pro-gun measures during the last session.

You and I know that the gun control lobby has been working overtime.

But here’s a dirty little secret that Tom Lubnau, Mayor Murphy and their pal, Chief Jim Hloucal DON’T WANT YOU TO KNOW!

In a perfect world Chief Jim Hloucal wouldn’t be a “vice president” of an organization that lobbies against your God given rights.

Nor would his organization, WASCOP, be allowed to raise millions of dollars, exclusively in public funds, and all the while lobbying against your rights.

These connections are real, and politicians like Tom Lubnau, Mayor Tom Murphy and the Police Chief Jim Hloucal this is why they are so protective of their secret gun control cabal.

And under the watch of Representative Tom Lubnau (Republican) — the public funds have substantially increased — a money stream that Lubnau would rather keep a secret. (Lubnau has been in the state house since 2005)

WASCOP Monies received from public funds–

2012 $2,161,762 see it here

2011 $1,537,540 see it here

2010 $911,138 see it here

2009 $967,325 see it here

2008 $844,445 see it here

This is the historical blueprint that police associations like WASCOP have used to trample gun rights across the nation.

No conspiracies here, just hard facts and a lavish money trail.

This is just another reason Wyoming Gun Owners exists, because of oath breakers like these three officials who are heavily underwritten by your tax dollars.

As you can guess by now, WyGO is grossly underfunded! So you may want to consider a generous donation of $50, $100, $200 or whatever you afford.

Unlike the above mentioned “Three Amigos” who love raising taxes only to divert your hard earned dollars over to their very own pet programs — WyGO has NEVER once taken tax dollars and relies solely on the financial support from gun owners like you.
