While things could still change, we are very likely only a few months away from the impact of the first of Joe Biden’s Executive Actions against our right to keep and bear arms.
The ONLY way to blunt the impact of these unconstitutional orders (banning pistol stabilizers, are requiring the registration of 80% lowers, etc.) is by passing the Second Amendment Preservation Act!
SAPA law is very specific: it requires Wyoming cops to enforce Wyoming laws when it comes to firearms, ammunition, and accessories — meaning that Joe Biden’s gun control agenda MAY NOT be enforced by local officials.
But after Senator Larry Hicks and Senate moderates killed SAPA last session, we are expecting an onslaught of fake SAPA bills to be filed next session by politicians who want cover at election time.

The Second Amendment Preservation Act is the failsafe; it’s the only way to make sure that the freedoms codified by Wyoming’s gun laws are not swept away by federal overreach!
