Breaking: SAPA Hearing in Cheyenne on Tuesday!

The fight to fix Wyoming‘s Second Amendment Preservation Act (SAPA) is moving very quickly here in Cheyenne.

I’m very happy to report that our bill will be heard in the Senate AG Committee on Tuesday morning at 8 o’clock! If you live in or around Cheyenne, feel free to join us.

In addition, another attempt to fix SAPA has been filed in the House. This would be in addition to our bill, with Representative Wharff.

We appreciate the spirit behind HB-303. It does solve some problems. But it lets multiple significant issues remain unaddressed.

In this video, we compare HB–303 with our bill, HB-283.

After we identify the problems, we also provide solutions.

Please watch this entire video.

Again, WYGO believes that the spirit behind the bill is coming from a good place and we appreciate the lawmakers who brought it forward.

But we have to get SAPA right this time, we are not going to have unlimited chances to get this done.

Please take action today by:

>>> Emailing your lawmakers and Cheyenne insisting they fix SAPA!

>>> Sharing this video with your lawmakers so that they understand the differences between these bills.

>>> Donating to WYGO so that we can continue the fight for you in Cheyenne!

Again, the hearing over our bill in the Senate will take place on Tuesday at 8 AM in the AG Committee, come on out if you are available!
