WYGO’s SF-196 Passes the Senate for the Final Time!

Moments ago, WYGO’s Second Amendment Preservation Act (SF-196) passed the Senate for the third and final time. The vote was 29-1 (with Senator Pappas excused).

Thank you to every WYGO member who called, emailed, or otherwise contacted your Senator to urge him or her to support this bill.

As you know, if enacted, WYGO’s SAPA law would give gun owners in our state complete protection the next time a democrat President tries to order our cops to enforce federal government control laws.

And if some jurisdiction in our state decides to violate that law, this legislation includes civil penalties so that you and I can hold them accountable in civil court!

Make no mistake, this is the finest version of legislation in any state in America!

(WYGO wants to thank Senate Majority Floor Leader Tara Nethercott, Senate President Bo Biteman, and Senate Vice President Tim Salazar for moving SF-196 out of the Senate!)

From here, the bill moves over to the house.

>>> Tell Your State Rep: Vote YES on SF-196! <<<

WYGO has already had meetings with the Speaker of the House about the legislation.

But nothing matters more than your state Rep. hearing directly from you.

Please take action right away, as things are happening very quickly here in Cheyenne.
