We have been warning you about this since before session even began.

But now it’s happening.

The Senate Judiciary Committee is going to take up Senate File -12 today upon the noon recess, meaning somewhere between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM.

SF-12 creates a new Permanent Protection Order which allows liberal judges to issue lifetime bands to gun owners who have never even been charged with a crime!

If this sounds like a “Red Flag” Gun Seizure, that’s because that’s exactly what this is.

The RINOs who are pushing this bill are trying to say the bill contains due process, but that’s a lie.

The RINOs who are pushing this bill are also trying to claim that the bill is “okay” because it also allows people who are convicted of violent felonies to be disarmed, but that’s not needed. Wyoming code 6–8–102 already makes this a crime.

Make no mistake, SF-12 is a naked attempt to pass a form of “Red Flag” Gun Seizure here in Wyoming! And what’s more, they might be successful!
