I don’t think any of us despise Governor Mark Gordon nearly as much as we should.
Gordon vetoed HB-125 last year, which repealed ‘Gun Free Zones.’ He vetoed SF-196 this year, which would have protected us from having Wyoming cops enforce federal gun control. He openly mocks pro-gun lawmakers here in Cheyenne.
And now, via his handpicked Attorney General (we don’t elect the AG here in Wyoming), Mark Gordon wants to create a LIFETIME GUN BAN — with no criminal charges ever having to be filed.
I’m talking about Senate File 12, a bill that would create a brand-new ‘Permanent Protective Order’ here in Wyoming.

Under SF-12, a liberal judge could slap you with this new ‘Permanent Protective Order’ and strip you of your gun rights FOR LIFE based on a civil hearing — not a criminal trial.
The government wouldn’t need probable cause.
They wouldn’t need a criminal conviction for a violent felony.
They wouldn’t even have to charge you with a crime.
A simple ‘he said-she said’ would be all the government would need to take away your right to keep and bear arms forever!
This is ‘Red Flag’ laws on steroids — and it was drafted and pushed by Wyoming’s Attorney General!

Now, you might be thinking, “Session is over. WYGO killed this bill during session. We’re safe for now.” Wrong.
While we did kill this bill last session, it’s coming back.
That’s why we need to make noise now — so much noise that lawmakers in Cheyenne have no choice but to kill this bill again!
So please do the following right away:
