Wyoming’s existing SAPA law has significant holes in it. The legislature has passed SF-101 to plug these gaps and make sure the next Democratic President cannot use Wyoming cops to enforce federal gun control laws!

But we did this last year, and Governor Gordon vetoed the bill.

Gordon has until Tuesday night to decide on this bill. He can sign it, take no action (in which case it becomes law), or he can veto it.

SF-101 fixes our current weak SAPA law in three ways:

1. Allows for civil penalties in the event of a violation
2. Prohibits the feds from using Wyoming cops in an ATF task force
3. Removes words in the current SAPA law that can be exploited

Send this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL to Governor Gordon, insisting that he sign SAPA into law, especially if he intends to run to replace Cynthia Lummis in the United States Senate.

When you’re finished, make a donation to (or join) Wyoming Gun Owners so we can alert more gun owners!
