Wyoming’s existing SAPA law has significant holes in it. That’s why the legislature passed a SAPA upgrade last session to make sure the next Democrat President cannot use Wyoming cops to enforce federal gun control laws!

But that bill, SF-196, was vetoed by the Governor.

Now the legislature is working hard to fix this problem with SF-101. This bill has passed the Senate, passed the House Committee process, and is in the House of Representatives.

SF-101 fixes our current weak SAPA law in three ways:

1. Allows for civil penalties in the event of a violation
2. Prohibits the feds from using Wyoming cops to enforce gun control via an ATF taskforce
3. Removes words in the current SAPA law that can be exploited

Send this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL to your State Representative, urging him to vote yes on SF-101 so we can finish this fight once and for all.

When you’re finished, make a donation to (or join) Wyoming Gun Owners so we can alert more gun owners!
