Wyoming’s existing SAPA law has significant holes in it. That’s why the legislature passed a SAPA upgrade last session to make sure the next Democrat President cannot use Wyoming cops to enforce federal gun control laws!

But that bill, SF-196, was vetoed by the Governor.

Now the legislature is working hard to fix this problem with HB-130. This bill has passed the House of Representatives, passed the Senate Committee process, and is in the Senate.

HB-130 fixes our current weak SAPA law in three ways:

1. Allows for civil penalties in the event of a violation
2. Prohibits the feds from using Wyoming cops to enforce gun control via an ATF taskforce
3. Removing words in the current SAPA law that can be exploited

Send this PRE-WRITTEN EMAIL to your State Senator, urging him to vote yes on HB-130 so we can finish this fight once and for all.

When you’re finished, make a donation to (or join) Wyoming Gun Owners so we can alert more gun owners!
